I originally called 4 companies to come out and look at my roof and provide me with an inspection and a estimate. Out of all the companies that came out L&B was the one that stood out the most with their attention to detail. From their initial inspection letting me know the current condition of my roof, to showing me all the materials that was going to be used. They were honest, up front and great to work with. They had a project manager on the job site that managed the project from start to finish. Christian my sales rep was very professional, great attitude, and answered all my questions. Came back after the install to make sure everything good look good and answered some questions I had after the install. I highly recommend L&B Roofing to anyone looking to replace their roof.

L&B Roofing company is one of the best companies in the Greater Houston area. From beginning to end they were very professional. Especially Christian, his professionalism and customer service is by far outstanding. He took the time to explain the roof replacement process from beginning to end and explained all of the type of the materials being used. His crew is very clean, respectful, Hard working and left our home property clean. Christian communicated throughout the whole installation process and when the job was complete. L&B is a very trust worthy company because after the job was complete they did a few inspections to make sure the job was done right. Christian did a last final inspection and noticed two area were nails were exposed. His crew came back to our home within the hour and replaced the area that needed to be done! We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. There aren’t many companies left that are honest and true to their craft to make sure the job is done right. In less then 7 hours this wonderful company replaced my roof and installed my brand new gutters... They installed the roof and gutters in a very timely manner. All were very professional and friendly. Looks great and the yard is clean....great work guys!!!!!! Christian did a great job, he facilitated all the insurance process, answer all my questions and was very professional. He is very knowledgeable, educated me on all the material and everything that would take place the day of the installation. Would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish this was a positive experience. Christian explained everything to me before the job started. He explained all about roofs in terms that were understandable. When they came to replace my roof I was extremely impressed with the work ethic of everyone on this job. They got here before it was light outside and started working diligently immediately. The actual roofing men worked without stopping until their noon break. The helpers on the ground didn't waste any time either. They were like a well oiled machine. Several people came by during the day to check on the progress. Everyone was so professional and respectful of me and the property. I had no idea where to start to get a roof or what company to call. I called and Christian came out to do my estimate . I had two other companies coming that same day to meet me and get quotes. As soon as Christian left I called the other companies and canceled my appointments. He is very educated and definitely taught me so much about roofing. I am so pleased with my new roof. He was so patient and always took my phone calls and kept me posted when the new roof was being put on. If you need a roofing company Christian is definitely the person to call! To say that my experience with L&B Roofers was phenomenal is an understatement. This company has been one of the BEST contractors I’ve had the pleasure of hiring. I hired a previous roofing company to assist with getting a roof replacement and due to various incompetencies and shady business practices, I sought out L&B Roofing to come in and do the job right. I spoke with Christian and told him my situation with my roof and the previous contractor and he was more than willing to step in and assist. He came by and performed a free roof inspection and gave me lots of details about the roof, the need for a replacement, and how to best navigate the intricacies of dealing with the insurance company. We proceeded with filing for a re-inspection after my previous inspection/claim under the previous contractor wasn’t successful. Christian was present during the re-inspection with the insurance claim adjuster and ensured they did a thorough review. We later received back a final decision that the roof replacement was approved! Christian keep in constant communication the entire process, including educating me on what the replacement process would look like, what materials they would use, and answered all my questions. The replacement itself looks wonderful. They started super early and cleaned up afterward. There were some minor markings on the backside of the house from fallen shingles and they sent someone to pressure clean the stains. They didn’t have to, but they did because it was the right thing to do. The quality of the employees that L&B roofing hires clearly is top-notch and i can’t say enough to thank them for stepping in and providing an enjoyable experience with my roof replacement as a first-time homebuyer. To the owner, give Christian a raise! He deserves it.
